How do you handle reviews and complaints?

After checking out, guests automatically receive an invitation by e-mail to review both the holiday accommodation and our service.

These reviews are visible to the owner via the owner login.

After Sun and Sea Holidays has replied to the review, it will also appear with your advertisement on our website.

Unfortunately, reviews collected via tour operators cannot be posted on our site.

Complaints

A complaint is always annoying, as we strive to ensure ‘a holiday to remember’ - and in a positive sense, of course!

Incoming complaints are dealt with carefully, informing the owner when necessary.

Depending on the nature of the complaint, we give the owner advice to prevent any recurrence.

Compensation list

To respond quickly and appropriately to complaints, we have compiled a list of common complaints and defects.

Each report is linked to a specific compensation scheme so that we can effectively accommodate guests.
