What if guests cancel?

A cancellation is, of course, always possible.

The following is how Zon en Zee Vakanties deals with this:

If a guest cancels within 31 days before the scheduled arrival, Sun and Sea Holidays will take care of paying the cancellation fee paid for the cancelled period - after deducting commissions and agreed costs. 

This fee does not apply if the rental agreement is cancelled due to a failure on the part of the tenant or if the tenant has been moved to another accommodation.

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours will be processed free of charge.

For bookings made through a tour operator, the cancellation conditions of the tour operator apply.

Naturally, we will do our utmost to re-rent the cancelled period.
