Which information will guests receive?

Once the holiday has been fully paid, guests receive an e-mail two weeks before the start of the holiday with the main arrival information and details of the booked accommodation and the link to the digital Info Guide.

For short-term bookings, this e-mail is only sent after full payment has been made. 

One day before arrival, we will send another e-mail with the check-in instructions.

One day before the end of the holiday, the guest receives the departure information.

Two days after departure, guests will receive a request to rate the stay.
