In 2025, we will replace the deposit with a damage fund at a rate of €1.75 excluding VAT per night per accommodation.
This amount will cover any damage caused by guests.
As it is often difficult to prove who is accountable for a damage, we hope this will reduce discussions and prevent negative reviews.
Self in control subscription
With the self-in-control subscription, you arrange the damage settlement directly with the guests. You invoice the cost of the damage yourself. As we do not enter your accommodation and you are responsible for cleaning and management, we cannot monitor the condition of the accommodation and cannot offer a direct damage settlement.
Nevertheless, if it can be proven that the damage was caused by guests, you can recover the financial loss from us.

With a Go for Convenience subscription, we take full responsibility for handling any damage.
