When a necessary repair is required, we always contact the owner first.
If the owner decides not to carry out the repair himself and wants to use an external party to do so, he can instruct us to find a suitable service provider.
We then establish initial contact with this party and exchange contact details so that the owner and the external party can take care of further coordination directly. In exceptional situations, we can continue to act as an intermediary.
If required and on behalf of the owner, we can be present at the repair to control and monitor the process.
This service is outside the standard package and involves additional costs. Because we depend on external companies, we do not always have control over when a task is carried out. This can sometimes affect the planning and completion of work.
Nevertheless, the owner can also take action himself to resolve technical problems quickly, reducing dependence on external parties and allowing repairs to proceed more smoothly.
