Repairing defects and malfunctions

If breakdowns or faults occur during the stay, we first provide the guest with some basic checks so that they can try to solve the problem themselves using instructions and the stock items available.

If this fails, a staff member will come on site to look into the problem. In case the fault cannot be solved immediately by us, we first contact the owner. If necessary, we will engage an external company in consultation to solve the problem quickly and professionally.
