We expect the owner to check his property in the early and late season and carry out overdue maintenance and necessary repairs himself. Household appliances should also be checked and the annual maintenance of the heating should be carried out.
With the “Go for Convenience” subscription, we obviously offer assistance in case of unexpected calamities during guests' stay.
However, we often find that calamities are caused by overdue maintenance. For this reason, troubleshooting and repairs are no longer included as standard in the package and are billed separately to the owner.
For your own wallet, it is therefore advisable to thoroughly check and maintain everything yourself twice a year.
