During pre-season preparations, we ask owners to stock up on essential items, such as lamps, batteries and hoover bags, listed on the stock list. This allows us to take immediate action in case of guests' requests for help and when something is in need of replacement.
Pre-season preparations are essential; without these steps, we receive more complaints from guests and create unnecessary extra work. Often we have to drive back and forth or to the shop for something small like a lamp or battery, which is a waste of our time and is also an unnecessary extra cost for the owner.
By having all necessary supplies available in the accommodation, we create benefits for the guest, the owner and for us.
