Our cooperation is based on a commission model, where we charge a commission on the rental fee (excluding any additional costs). The exact commission depends on the chosen package and is stated in the agreement.
Depending on your package choice, some conditions and associated costs apply.
Annual costs
Self in control - this package includes a monthly fee for using our booking system.
Go for convenience- in addition to the monthly fee for the booking system, this package also includes charges for an annual thorough cleaning and window washing.
One-off costs
At the start of our cooperation, regardless of the chosen package, we charge a one-off start-up fee. These implementation costs cover, among other things, the registration of the property on various platforms and the translation of property information.
If you choose the Go for Convenience subscription, there is an additional fee for mattress and pillow moltons, as explained in more detail in the terms and conditions of this package.
Invoicing and statements
With your owner login, you always have real-time insight into your rental income and find three types of invoices:
Periodic invoice
You will receive a quarterly invoice for recurring contributions, such as reservation system fees.
Tasks invoice
For additional services outside the contract, such as the purchase of new inventory or work by our technical department or an external party, you will receive a separate invoice.
Rental invoice
This monthly statement shows your rental income minus the commission,
You will receive the rental statement in the first week of the month, and payment will be made within a few days.
